  • you are at least 24 years (students 19 years)
  • your regular income is at least 30 000 euro (for students, there is no income requirement)
  • you have a Finnish identification number
  • you do not currently have any defaults in your payment history
  • you are an entrepreneur, your business has been running at least 2 years
